3 months is the minimum commitment needed to make sustainable and life changing progress.
I will help you break down your goals into manageable steps without taking huge financial risks. We’ll work together at a pace and a style that suits you. I will support and encourage you while also challenging your misheld beliefs and ensuring you are accountable for your own success.

Whats included:
· 6 x 45 minute coaching sessions over a 3 month period via Skype
· 3 x 15 minute laser “as-you-need-me” calls
· Unlimited email support between sessions
· An optional in-depth 2-hour “Review and planning” session
· Optional post package monthly “check in sessions” to make sure that you’re staying on track (additional cost)
By the end of the 6 sessions you will:

· Uncover what’s been stopping you, slowing you down and keeping you stuck
· Overcome the fears that will try and hold you back when making change and have the tools to deal with them if and when they pop up in the future
· Have more energy to enjoy life fully
· Be clear on your priorities and have methods to keep you focused
· Have more confidence and clarity than you’ve ever experienced before
· Have a crystal-clear action plan on how to continue the work we’ve started
· Have new behavioural patterns which will allow you to leave those old habits behind, forever
