Are you ready for change?

After achieving a degree in Psychology, I had a successful career in the marketing industry for 20 years, working with clients such as Google, Netflix, Facebook, Sony, Nike and Reebok. After the final 5 years of working in Senior Management, I decided as much as I loved my job, I had reached as far as I wanted to go in the industry and it was time for change.

My experience allows me to understand the stresses, strains and overwhelm from working in a fast-paced, time-poor, competitive industry. In addition, I worked in a male dominated environment and understand the frustrations, challenges and have had first hand experience of Imposter Syndrome and how it can effect confidence and happiness.

Healthy body = healthy mind

In 2012, I trained to be a Personal Trainer and left the marketing world to work in the exclusive Matt Roberts gym. Here I learnt the importance of exercise, nutrition and sleep. Although I realised this wasn’t a full time career for me, it started me on my journey of part time Personal Training and the huge impact exercise has on a persons wellbeing.

I was inspired by the transformative change I saw in my clients whilst training them. For me it was more than just the physical change in clients but how they came alive, how their attitude changed and how positive and in control of their life they became.

Healthy mind = healthy body

I am now a qualified life coach and I believe the mind and body are so intrinsically linked that it’s vital to work on both. I believe we all have the ability to be the best version of ourselves and what we think and feel is ultimately connected with what goes on in our bodies.

I am passionate about working with men and women who are stuck and frustrated with where they are. People who know they are capable of more but don’t know how to move forward. People who are committed and ready for change.

What happens on the inside changes what happens on the outside.

If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten.
